Reiki (pronounced RAY-key), meaning universal life energy, is an ancient Japanese technique that can relax, rejuvinate, and compliment the healing process. This process focuses on the seven chakras (energy centers) of the body and helps bring them into balance. I strongly believe that an imbalance in the chakras can manifest into physical ailments.
Reiki is administered through gentle touch while the client lays fully clothed on a massage table. A "traditional" session would include multiple hand positions from head to toe. However, intuition may
guide the session in a different direction, which may include the use of mantras and guided meditation. There is no such thing as a cookie cutter Reiki session. Reiki sessions can be done in your home or at Carino Capelli Salon in Sheboygan, WI.
Space Clearings can be done in your home or business for a wide variety of reasons. Whether you've moved into a new space, suffered a loss in the family, had some visitors that may have left some of their less than desirable energy behind, or maybe you're just in need of a good old-fashioned spring cleaning, I can help. Before performing the clearing, I would consult with you and any other participants on your intentions and goals. I can then create a customized ceremony with the use of sage or other herbs, crystals, water, sound, chants and whatever tools we find to be appropriate. Children and pets are always welcome to be a part of the clearing if you so choose.
